Hey there! My name is Alina Syed.
I am a student, athlete, and a health and wellness advocate.
I believe that a healthy life is a happy one, especially for the youth of our generation. Our bodies, minds, and soul have the power to shape our lives in various ways and it is vital that we care of ourselves during one of the most stressful periods of our lives: the teenage years. Physical activity, good nutrition, and mindful sleep is crucial to aiding our bodies through our hectic lives. As a high school student, I have first-hand experience of the stress that comes from AP classes, extracurriculars, college applications, and overall navigating life as a young adult. I realized that once I started listening to my body and nourishing it with the right food and movement, my stress instantly reduced allowing me to perform better in all aspects of my life.
I started WTHN to help you discover and celebrate your inner glow, to help tune into your body and mind, and to build awareness of what works best for you as we tackle the teenage years. WTHN unlocks internal health in order to achieve the external glow!

WTHN’s primary focus is to guide young adults as they navigate the stress of life through fun and helpful fitness and nutrition advice!
WTHN is a site for students who are stuck in the cycle of stress/insecurity/low confidence and need to make a lifestyle shift to rebuild their inner glow
Provides educational and transformational resources, such as online courses, workshops and motivation tips
